Tata Steel Special Economic Zone participated in INNOPROM 2017, Russia
Ekaterinburg, July 14, 2017 : INNOPROM, the largest industrial fair was held between 10 – 13th July, 2017 in the Sverdlovsk region in Yekaterinburg city which is the third largest industrial city in Russia. Mr. Arun Misra, Managing Director, Tata Steel Special Economic Zone, lead the Indian delegation of CII in INNOPROM 2017. Mr. Arun Misra was among the key invitees for the E-Zone of Mr. Vladimir Putin, President Russia. Governor of Sverdlovsk region hosted a reception for the Indian delegates. On behalf of CII delegation Mr. Arun Misra signed an MoU with Mr. M.A. Chereshnev Chairman Russian Trade and Economic Development Council for furthering deeper engagement with Russian business enterprises.
Mr. Arun Misra, Managing Director, Tata Steel Special Economic Zone led the CII delegation and was a part of plenary session of hosted buyer program 'IndEx' by Industrial Export Forum of Russian Federation. In the conference Mr. Arun Misra presented on the fastest way to set-up manufacturing in India and reinforced that Tata Steel Special Economic Zone is committed in stepping up its engagement at a global level and offer conducive environment to industries to setup manufacturing units.
We had our stall at the Indian pavilion supported by EEPC INDIA which is India's foremost engineering trade & investment promotion body. The Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Mr. Denis Manturov and the Head of the Sverdlovsk Region Mr. Evgeny Kuivashev visited the stands of Tata Steel Special Economic Zone at India pavilion. More than 300 delegates from Europe, America, Middle East and Central & South-East Asia visited the stall and were briefed about Gopalpur Industrial Park.
