Development of any region is closely linked to the enhancement of rural infrastructure of that area. To heighten this development process even further, there is a need to remove the gap between the rural and urban. To achieve this end, all that is required is a blend of purpose led business strategies and thoughtful initiatives.
In this regard, Project Gopalpur has taken up several projects to construct Road , Bridges, Tube Wells, Overhead tanks , Installation of Solar Street Lights , Community Center , Renovation of Community ponds , Construction of Hostels , Schools , Lift Irrigation Projects and supply electricity to village along with many other initiatives in the peripheral villages creating a foundation of development in the region. TataSteel installed 700 solar Street lights in 70 periphery villages, constructed 10 Community Centers, Installed 60 tube wells, Constructed Seven Overhead tanks of 40,000 liters, constructed one.
