The Gopalpur Industrial Park is located on National Highway 16, part of golden quadrilateral road network, that connects Kolkata and Chennai, India’s two large metropolitan cities. The industrial park is located just 4 km from the operational Gopalpur Port and also enjoys great connectivity to Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam Airport.

Being developed on a contiguous land parcel of 2,970 acres, the industrial park comprises of Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) for India-centric manufacturing, Multi-Product Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for export-centric manufacturing and social infrastructure that takes care of social needs of the people working in the industries.

J N Tata Technical Education Centre, a full-time residential training institute operating since 2006 provides 3-year diploma courses and other vocational courses to the needy. Other social infrastructure initiatives by the company near Gopalpur Industrial Park includes a fully functional 100-bed Eye Hospital in collaboration with Shankara Eye Hospital and a 200-bed hospital with Medica Synergy.
